This position is part of the Aerospace Sales OEM team with the facility being located in New Port Richey Florida.In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Engage in face-to-face meetings with customer to enhance relationships, mitigate issues or challenges that the customer may be facing and uncover new opportunities or product development.
- Manage project funnel standard work, inputs and outputs and report out to stakeholders monthly and quarterly (i.e., IPV)
- Communicates new market opportunities to internal stakeholders, senior leaders, distribution/ innovation partners and global commercial teams as required.
- Support PLM team as needed to move products through to business plan creation, including understanding minimal viable product requirements, key personas, and value propositions to support customer adoption
- Actively participates in the planning and execution of Voice of Customer (VOC) research to ensure short- and long-term commercial success related to key strategic initiatives and to capture and prioritize key customer needs/wants for future productsThe essential requirements of the job include:
