Product Expertise: Bring deep knowledge of commercial real estate investment sales in all product types (Multi-Family, Affordable Housing, Office, Industrial, Retail, Land, Self-Storage, Manufactured Housing, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Special Purpose).Successful Team Leaders Have: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in real estate leadership or related sales roles, with a track record of success in driving business growth and building high-performing teams. Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
