- Build a network of your peers from across the organization----This position is for a January 2025 start.----About the Role--FIS is looking for a Loyalty Program Optimization Consultant to join our Loyalty Engagement Solutions team. In this client-facing role, you will be working directly with clients to ensure they are familiar with the solutions that we offer and are leveraging them properly to achieve their desired portfolio outcomes. You will work to proactively ensure our clients are satisfied with their FIS Loyalty Engagement Solutions and that we retain their business. You will also work with other Loyalty colleagues to bring together the right data, analytics, and marketing materials to help clients thrive in tomorrow's card loyalty space.About The Team--The Loyalty Insights team, within FIS' Loyalty Engagement Solutions business, is responsible for helping clients and internal stakeholders with marketing, analytics, and consulting needs. Working entirely on the client's behalf, or in coordination with them, we ensure their cardholders are aware of all the loyalty options available to them and are encouraged to use their debit and credit cards to maximize their rewards value. And we supply the data and analytics our clients need for success, as well as the technical knowledge to put it all together for optimal performance.--What You Will Be Doing--
- Working directly with clients to understand what their challenges are and help put together solutions
- Educate clients on features of the product so they know what is available to engage their cardholders
- Coordinate with data resources to pull meaningful data that answers client's pressing questions
- Work with Loyalty Consulting team to develop recommendations to address client pain points
- Maintain client list to ensure we consistently engage clients and track meetings and renewals
- Present to clients in direct consultation, as well as through webinars, to educate and inform--What You Bring--
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study--
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite--
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills--
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills--
- Ability to work well independently and within a team----Bonus If You Have--
- Experience with data analytics tools, including Excel or Tableau, to review and compare data
- Strong math skills to understand client revenue, expenses, and program ROI
