- Ownership mentality, acting as a representative of the owner rather than solely as a representative of the construction company.
- Budget control, schedule management, and strategic planning for the construction firm
- Ability to ensure the final quality and consistency of the project.Project Details:
- The initial project involves the renovation of a high-end hotel in South Beach, Miami:
- Approximately 50 rooms
