Key Responsibilities

Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution through various channels
Assist end users with device enrollment, troubleshooting, and training
Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours and emergency support


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of IT support experience with a focus on troubleshooting
At least 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or support environment
Active Top-Secret Clearance
