Job Requirements - Special Requirements:
- - Flu vaccine required - signed Medical/Religious Exemptions ONLY
- - Experience working in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab required.
- - PACS required.
- - Cardioversion, Pacemaker Insertion, and Tilt Table Study experience required
- - Angioplasty and Stent placement required.
- - Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, and Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography experience required.
- - Experience with Special Equipment: Impella, Balloon Pump, CSI, Shockwave, Penumbra preferred.
Schedule Information - Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD by unit's needs
- Weekend REQ: Yes - every other weekend or a total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period. TBD by unit's needs.
- Is on-call REQ? TBD by need
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
- Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No
- RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. RTO will not be accepted after offer.
