Experienced Underwriters needed! Orlando location! Pay will be $25-31/hour



Dynamic organization in the Orlando area is looking for experienced Underwriters to join their team! This position is looking for candidates with HELOC and/or HARP experience, and candidates with some Forensic Underwriting experience will be acceptable as well!! Responsibilities for this position will include: authority to approve AUS conditions, reviewing "refer" loans/conditions for recommendations, program identification and ensuring that the corresponding guidelines are adhered to, validating the AUS decision including the review of AUS to identify errors or additional conditions that may be required, reviewing of the credit report for accuracy and red flags, and calculation of DTI, income, assets, etc., among other related Underwriter tasks.
