Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM 2012)

Able to work with ticketing system

Great Communication skills

Great organizational skills

Desktop Error Monitoring (DEM), Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM) or similar deployment technology

1 or more years of current systems programming for automation

Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7 operating system

Knowledge of storage management and change management tools and concepts

Knowledge of security management concepts

Experience with command line functions and editors

Knowledge of Project Management Methodology (PMM) or Product Change Management procedures

PC troubleshooting skills



Accountabilities include



Implementation/coordination/maintenance of Chrome for the organization. Need to ensure stability and patches are completed timely and without user impact.

Provide 3rd level desktop support. This includes support for XP, Windows7, core application issues, and desktop software issues. Most issues will be global issues once they come in to our team but some will be individual user support.

Diagnose and resolve system / application errors: troubleshooting and working with Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, etc)

Must be able to handle constant changing priorities and last minute requests.

For individual support issues, ensure to document and share resolutions with our 1st and 2nd level support teams for possible future issues.

Deployment of software to users utilizing SCCM 2012

SCCM 2012 Experience for deployments

Ensure the reliability and availability of enterprise desktop systems across varied platforms (e.g., server, network, and related infrastructure technologies)

Auditing of computer systems to ensure they are compliant with existing security baseline. Makes recommendations for preventive measures as necessary

Research, analyze, and implement software patches for Operating Systems and CORE business applications.

Support and schedule operating systems patches, as well as layered software packages, in accordance with established IT policies and procedures

Write program scripts and/or perform coding for automation of procedures
