Responsibilities: The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day logistics and other project management tasks. Comprehensive knowledge in Procore areas (included but not limited to): Submittals, RFI, Uploading Plans, Change Orders, Documents, Drawings, Photos, Scheduling, Etc. Work with Project Manager to understand the scope of project and report progress throughout durations. Track and upload construction drawing and documents. Route, track, and resolve information requests. Assist in preparing submittals. Printout plans and take-off drawings in preparation for bid review. Proficient in blue-print reading and general framing construction. Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout all project phases. Requirements 1-2 years Procore Proficiency Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on drywall or related fields. Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask on strict deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills High moral standards and strong work ethic Ability to work with minimal supervision.
