We are seeking a Full time IV-Certified LPN to do Assisted Living Facility visits as well as some home visits in Pinellas County. - Start time may be between 6:30-7:00am for insulin injections at the ALFs. - - What Pinnacle offers: - Work/Life balance

- What does a Pinnacle Home Health LPN do? As a Home Health Nurse for Pinnacle Home Care, you will travel to a patient's home to administer services and provide a variety of tasks during patient visits depending on the specific plan of care and type of patient. Some tasks include: - Providing skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care.
- Responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual's nursing experience and educational preparation.
- Timely completion of patient documentation
