Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at HR Employer Solutions Group in Hollywood, Florida. As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in providing excellent healthcare and medical services to our clients. -
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and evaluations on patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Perform diagnostic procedures and order laboratory tests as needed
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and management of specific conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Participate in meetings and trainings to improve clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in electronic medical records systems
- Willingness to stay current with advancements in medical treatments and technologies
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
