Affinitiv, an industry leader and award-winning team, seeks dynamic, results-driven rainmakers to join us and drive success with large auto dealer groups. As a VP Sales, Dealer Groups, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with dealer group executives, gaining preferred vendor status, and closing new rooftops within each group. This role requires a top-down and bottom-up sales approach, targeting key decision-makers to unlock growth opportunities across entire dealer groups.
You'll have the opportunity to leverage your experience in automotive software sales to deliver exceptional results. You will meet aggressive revenue targets and maintain a qualified pipeline at 3X to 5X of monthly and quarterly quota goals. Your ability to forecast sales and strategically manage the pipeline will be critical to success and provide you with continuous learning and growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:


  • Selling Affinitiv's cutting-edge marketing and software solutions to a defined set of dealer groups nationwide
  • Establishing strong relationships with dealer group executives to secure "Preferred Vendor Status"
  • Delivering consultative sales solutions that drive dealership success and revenue growth
  • Meeting sales targets and maintaining high levels of activity, including calls, meetings, and prospecting
  • Educating dealer groups on the competitive advantages of Affinitiv's products and the value add it will bring to their balance sheet

    We're looking for candidates with:

    • 5+ years of experience in automotive software or marketing sales
    • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
    • A proven track record of success in B2B sales
    • The ability to travel up to 80%
