A company is looking for an Inclusion & Impact Program Manager to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives while driving social impact.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the Fetch It Forward program focusing on community engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives
Oversee and support the implementation of the Inclusion strategy and manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Measure and report on social impact initiatives and develop programs to enhance employee engagement


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in program management, DEIB, employee engagement, or social impact initiatives
Strong project management and organizational skills
Familiarity with community engagement and corporate social responsibility
Experience supporting or leading Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Certifications or formal training in DEIB practices or related fields preferred More...
