Key Responsibilities:

Receive and document a diverse range of client issues through multiple sources
Facilitate resolution tasks and coordinate relevant groups for prompt issue resolution
Provide level one technical support and escalate more complex issues as needed


Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in help desk or POS terminal support
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a technical field is preferred
Typically, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
