Key Responsibilities

Coordinate required documents to the lender for insured transactions and enter fees for Closing Disclosures
Review Purchase Agreements and enter transaction-specific fee information into the database
Field lender inquiries, process requests, and deliver Title Commitment packages to relevant parties


Required Qualifications

Knowledge of transaction fee structures
