Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) program
Apply instructional design principles to develop engaging learning solutions
Manage multiple learning projects concurrently while ensuring deadlines are met

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, instructional design, or multimedia design
Highly proficient with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional technology or e-learning
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design processes (e.g., ADDIE)
