Key Responsibilities

Provide reporting and analytics for Payer Strategy, Performance, Market P/L, and Payer Growth operations teams
Work with the Payer Growth team in the execution of go to market strategies
Establish reporting on campaign performance, drawing evidence-based insights and recommendations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Value-based care, Analytics, Marketing, Business, Economics, Health Admin, or a related degree
5+ years of combined experience in data analytics, marketing operations, reporting, or value-based care
Direct work experience in Payer Contract/Product Marketing reporting and analytics is strongly preferred
Strong analytics and database skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Experience working with healthcare payers and reporting from Salesforce.com More...
