Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and evaluate coding staff while ensuring compliance with coding guidelines
Monitor productivity and resolve day-to-day operational issues affecting staff performance
Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement coding-related goals and policies


Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of coding and leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Current certification such as CPC, CCS, or RHIA
