Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performance Client Success team, focusing on career development and recognition
Manage client relationships, facilitate executive decision-making, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive revenue growth
Oversee KPIs related to client retention, enrollment, and adoption, while managing customer escalations and delivering impactful quarterly business reviews


Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Proven leadership experience in managing GTM teams, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive product improvements and develop retention strategies
Experience managing KPIs to achieve strategic outcomes
