Key Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outreach via phone and email to support new enrollments into the Caregiver Coaching program
Provide program information and educate prospective clients on the value of services offered
Perform the intake process and support caregiver onboarding to drive early engagement


Required Qualifications

2+ years of high-volume customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong attention to detail and experience with data integrity in a regulated environment
Proficiency with MS Office and Excel; experience with Salesforce and case management systems preferred
Demonstrated ability to multitask across multiple systems and learn new process flows easily
