Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

PhD in bioinformatics or related field with 4+ years of post-doctoral or industrial experience, or an MS with 7+ years of industrial experience
Expertise in gene-disease ontology integration
Proficiency with bioinformatics databases and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Experience with cloud computing and CI/CD tools
