Key Responsibilities

Lead business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement a business process improvement methodology and capability
Facilitate Lean improvement workshops and coach staff in Lean principles and methodologies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare, Engineering)
8 years of experience in healthcare and 4 years in a management role
Understanding of health plan operations, including claims processing and customer service
