Key Responsibilities

Lead 24/7 Fusion Center operations and serve as the initial point of escalation for safety or security issues
Manage new and emerging threats to member and associate safety, coordinating responses and reporting to leadership
Draft written briefings on risk and recommendations for policy and process improvements


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a security, operations center, fusion center, or similar environment
Experience in a large-scale, complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environment
Demonstrated formal leadership of a team with maintained operational KPIs
Familiarity with the Everbridge platform
