A company is looking for a Medical Billing - AR Specialist (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate billing and timely submission of claims while monitoring claim status and researching rejections and denials
Generate and resubmit claims as needed, and carry out collection activities according to deadlines
Investigate and resolve customer queries, maintain accounts receivable records, and promote effective team collaboration


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; Medical Billing Certificate/Diploma preferred
At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience and 3 years of medical billing experience
Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance
Experience with medical billing systems (e.g., Athena, AdvancedMD) is preferred
Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus More...
