Key Responsibilities

Lead onboarding processes for new customers, providing training and resources for success
Offer technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues across the platform
Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess usage and identify opportunities for deeper engagement


Required Qualifications

6+ years in a technical role with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience
Experience working with enterprise customers in a consultative capacity
Strong understanding of networking, VPNs, security principles, and cloud infrastructure
