Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the SAN and Backup infrastructure, handling escalations and incidents
Assist with datacenter deployments and conduct proactive reviews of storage environments
Develop process improvements and provide cross-functional support to enhance performance and capacity


Qualifications:

7 years of information systems experience with a focus on Storage and Backup technology
Minimum 5 years of experience with SAN, Backup, or Fiber Channel switches
In-depth knowledge of SAN platforms and backup best practices for various operating systems
