Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for Prior Authorization and serve as a Subject Matter Expert
Collaborate with internal and external departments to enhance understanding of programs and processes
Assist in leading meetings, training, and documentation related to Prior Authorization systems


Required Qualifications

3+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) prior authorization experience
Experience with Prior Authorization system setup
Familiarity with CAS and/or MedHOK systems
Experience with Prior Authorization and Appeals activities
