Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and SaaS sales agreements
Provide practical legal advice to Sales executives and internal stakeholders on revenue transactions

Required Qualifications

6+ years of transactional commercial legal experience, with at least 4 years in public sector
JD from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
Extensive experience with public sector commercial agreements and regulations
