A company is looking for an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in legal documentation and research tasks.



Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in answering interrogatories and preparing legal documents
Review and summarize medical records and arrange for medical examinations
Prepare for trials by assisting in document and evidence organization


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
2-year Associate's Degree or 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
Paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies, or completion of at least one year of law school
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
