Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit potential Affiliates to achieve acquisition and marketing goals
Develop and manage best practices for compensation structures, promotions, and performance management
Track affiliate marketing metrics and analyze performance data for improvements


Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in real money gaming
Proven track record of managing successful Affiliate programs
