A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide support for health applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide application and end user support, maintenance, and vendor liaison activities for primary IT applications
Monitor and troubleshoot end user support tickets and respond to IT application-related requests
Assist with testing application changes and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) software
3+ years of experience with Netsmart myAvatar EHR
10 years of IT experience supporting customers
Experience as an implementation or operation team member of an EHR or Health Information System
