Senior Software Engineer is needed to lead the development of our custom CRM and E-Commerce systems. The attached document outlines the job requirements. The ideal candidate will be very strong in ASP.NET MVC development and will be open to taking on additional responsibilities such as Solr Search, infrastructure support, supporting end-users, etc.



Job Description:



Design, develop and support small to large systems used to drive operational excellence. Conduct research and development aimed at integrating new technologies and ideas into our technology stack. Ability to work on small, cross-functional teams expected to build and deploy applications quickly in an iterative manner.

Required Skills

? Experience with multiple programming languages, technology stacks

? Strong understanding of relational database design and implementation

? Experience building web-based systems and/or web services

? Ability to solve problems involving ambiguous requirements

? Strong understanding of E-Commerce concepts, B2B preferred

? Experience with testing strategies and tools

? Minimum of seven years of C# development experience

? Minimum of seven years of experience with SQL Server

? Three years of experience with ASP.NET MVC framework

? Strong understanding of SCM

? Experience with Version Control systems, Subversion preferred

? Exposure to Continuous Integration build processes

? Experience mentoring junior developers

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering degree
