Key Responsibilities

Handle 60+ inbound and outbound calls daily regarding billing inquiries and overdue payments
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to review patient account data and provide accurate information
Document all patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA and company policies


Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in medical billing, collections, or a related healthcare setting
Proven ability to manage high call volumes in a customer service environment
