A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide sourcing support to the recruiting teams and assist with various HR tasks.



Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment team by identifying and interacting with potential candidates, facilitating interviews, and matching candidates' skills to available openings
Provide support to the Human Resources department, including developing talent pipelines, maintaining employee profiles, and offering administrative assistance
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

H.S. diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
Three (3) years or more in a similar Human Resources role required
Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment is beneficial
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
