A company is looking for a Contracts and Transactions Lawyer.



Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on contract-related matters for investment advisers and companies
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including IP agreements and vendor contracts
Assist in M&A work, including legal due diligence and transaction document preparation


Required Qualifications

Minimum four years' experience as an attorney specializing in contract or transactional law
Experience in M&A transactions is preferred
A J.D. and membership (or anticipated membership) in the bar of at least one state
Experience at a major U.S. law firm or in-house legal department
