--- Estate Planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care non-probate assets, Florida homestead), Probate Administration, Trust Administration, Tax Planning, Asset Protection, Advising Fiduciaries, Dispute Resolution, Court Proceedings, Client Communications, Legal Research and Drafting

Qualifications:
Key Skills and Qualifications:
--- Juris Doctor Degree
--- Member in good standing of Florida Bar
--- Board Certification in Wills, Trusts, and Estates Law Certification is a plus
--- 10+ Years' Experience in Probate and Estate Planning and Administration
--- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
--- Strong Analytical and Writing Skills
--- Knowledge of Estate Tax and Probate Laws
--- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
--- Networking with Local professionals
--- Understanding the Naples Area Market and Our Client's Needs
