A D365 Retail Support Engineer provides technical assistance for retail systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network components. Key responsibilities include: - Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with retail applications, point-of-sale systems, and related hardware/software.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional communication and training to users on product usage and issue resolution.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, create knowledge base articles, and support testing environments. Knowledge of D365 F&O is a must. Applications will be accepted until 1/24/25. The annual salary for this position is between $73,000 - $99,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
