A company is looking for a Clinical Care Reviewer, Pediatric Shift Care, RN.
Key Responsibilities

Manage requests for pediatric shift care services, including skilled nursing and home health aide services
Conduct comprehensive assessments of members' medical, behavioral, and social needs in collaboration with parents/guardians
Coordinate with families and home care agencies to ensure approved services are provided and maintain knowledge of relevant state policies and regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania
Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing direct patient care to medically fragile pediatric patients
Minimum of 3 years of Utilization Management experience, preferably in a managed care organization
Experience with evidence-based clinical decision support tools, such as InterQual, is desired More...
