Key Responsibilities

Respond to students' academic and logistical questions via the HelpDesk platform
Grade student work according to established rubrics and support instructors during virtual sessions
Collaborate with the AVP team to enhance educational systems and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions



Required Qualifications

Graduate of the AVP Program
Strong knowledge of Pro Tools and DaVinci Resolve
Familiarity with the Learning Management System, Canvas
Understanding of audio and video production equipment and technologies
