Key Responsibilities

Solve challenges and improve datasets for LLM models and prompts
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and customers to enhance product quality
Create test cases, manually test tickets, and manage bug tickets within JIRA


Required Qualifications

Experience with QA for customer support or contact centers
Experience in acceptance testing and writing test cases
Experience testing REST APIs
Proficiency with code versioning systems such as GitHub or GitLab is a plus
