  • Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor
  • Conduct cash escorts as required
  • Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity
  • Maintain crowd control as required
  • Defuse guest profanity and handle issues or complaints professionallyMore about you
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to be licensed by State Gaming Commission
    • Ability to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations when handling guest issues or complaints
    • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times Physical requirements
      • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
      • Ability to communicate through two way radio
      • Bending, stooping, lifting and carrying occasionally
      • Vision sufficient to perform duties day or night
      • Exposure to an occasionally smoky and loud environment Shift detailsEvening shift
