  • Educate commercial customers and prospects on all products and services that ACV offers.
  • Develop an aggressive sales plan with a defined group of national consignors.
  • Hit target levels of performance that are measured in new national accounts and unit growth established by the company.
  • Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with strategic accounts to expand the company's market presence.
  • Understand the unique needs of each strategic account and develop customized solutions.
  • Conduct client need analyses and facilitate or perform product demonstrations based on client requirements.
  • Secure agreements with customers, negotiate agreements, and present/negotiate commercial terms.
  • Perform routine client follow-up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.
  • Evaluate market and industry trends to effectively position our product and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Attend and participate in regular sales and other internal company meetings and external trade shows or conferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor account performance and satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial strategic account executives.
  • Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements. Generate reports on fleet performance, account growth, and revenue projections.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.What you will need:
    • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
    • 8-10 years' strategic sales account management experience.
    • 4-5 years' progressive leadership experience.
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
    • Understanding of fleet operations, logistics, and the automotive/tech industry.
    • Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Leadership and team management experience.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
