Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in a Services or Customer Success function within a SaaS company
Thorough understanding of primary business processes of a Services business
Proven project management capabilities for small to medium-sized projects
Expertise in reporting and analysis using Google Sheets
