Business/Financial Analyst Representative needed ASAP



Location: Tampa, FL 33634

Duration: 6+ months (with the opportunity to go perm#

Pay Rate: $21/hr



--General Summary--







*Responsible for managing the development & implementation of forecasting & analytical tools #e.g. Cognos TM1, Dodeca# used in developing the operational best views, outlooks and annual budgets for the Enterprise Customer Service #CS# organization.



*Position relies heavily on the ability to define, interpret and integrate complex business requirements w/ the implementation of reliable & efficient planning solutions.



*Responsible for managing the development & implementation of forecasting & analytical tools #e.g. Cognos TM1, Dodeca# used in developing the operational best views, outlooks & annual budgets for the Enterprise Customer Service #CS# organization.



*The Business/Financial Analyst serves as a member of a dynamic team overseeing & evaluating issues of diverse scope where analysis of a situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business drivers and trends, in order to identify and drive improvements in the forecasting and planning process for Enterprise CS.





Functions include, but are not limited to:



1# Assess and analyze improvement opportunities and develop solutions producing analytical support/financial modeling for more complex budget impacting projects dealing directly with functional organization, area and/or department leaders

2# Define and implement process for assurance of data integrity and consistency across all components of the planning/forecasting process

3) Identify system and process drivers contributing to successful forecasting and planning and integration of new tools

4) Guide the development of analyses and enhanced solutions for in-depth variance analyses of headcount, financial and operational statistics to identify root cause business drivers and produce actionable recommendations

5) Develop formal processes and documentation to maintain adequate controls on TM1 components including: Cubes, Dimensions, Rules, Turbo Integrator Processes and Interfaces

6) Develops presentations for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations





--Experience--

1) Minimum of 5 years financial analysis and / or budget experience

2) 2+ years of Customer Service Experience

3) 2+ years Wireless industry experience with fluent understanding of associated business drivers

4) Solid understanding of Business Intelligence Tools #e.g. Cognos TM1, Cognos BI, Dodeca)

5) Proven analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to generate and analyze data to assess performance and identify business opportunities for improvement/growth

6) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Sharepoint, Visio, Project); must be an expert-level user in Excel

7) Expert knowledge of the company?s financial systems #i.e. PeopleSoft, Essbase)

8) Strong knowledge of call center operations and systems #i.e. ACD, ICM, EDW, IEX)

9) Excellent organizational and time management skills

10) Demonstrated, effective communication skills, both written and oral

11) Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible

12) Must be able to meet tight deadlines and have a strong customer focus

13) Independent worker and strong decision-maker

14) Ability to effectively relay complex information to others in any level of the business

15) Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work in a high-energy, dynamic, and sometimes unstructured environment

16) Teamwork oriented

BS/BA in Business, Finance, or Accounting required, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
