I am currently seeking a Recruiting Assistant to Coordinates and manages all staffing related activities associated with hiring candidates for Client from requisition posting to requisition close. This is a temporary to hire position.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with candidates, internal team members, business partners and vendors.

- Ensure all hiring/onboarding processes are complete and in compliance.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Initiate and process all new hire paperwork, maintain files, create and interpret reports, and other pertinent human

resource records.

- Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Qualifications - External



Minimum Qualifications:

- High School diploma/GED from an accredited institution required

- 1 or more years of non-supervisory experience required in a Staffing Environment

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to meeting the above qualifications, any of the following are preferred:

- Associates degree from an accredited institution

- Certifications/Licenses: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

Knowledge and Skills:

- Knowledge of core staffing processes

- Knowledge of Human Resource compliance related issues
