Key Responsibilities

Design and develop sales enablement training materials, including presentations and eLearning modules
Collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to create effective learning materials
Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to refine training content continuously



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field
5+ years of experience in training content creation, preferably in sales enablement
