A company is looking for a Printing Assistant to support the Production Team with transcript production in Los Angeles.



Key Responsibilities

Take inventory of printing supplies and report low supplies
Scan and upload exhibits for the Production team and file documents in online systems
Print, bind, and mail transcripts, and assist with printing requests from other teams


Required Qualifications

1+ years of printing and binding experience; prior court reporting or legal experience is a plus
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Enthusiastic about growth opportunities within the company
Proficient on Mac and PC; experience with Google Drive is a plus
