Key Responsibilities

Develop new execution options for loan and servicing sales
Identify arbitrage opportunities to enhance gain on sale revenue
Evaluate existing hedging positions and mentor risk managers based on market intelligence


Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in capital markets, including MBS trading and structured finance
Detailed knowledge of security pricing, servicing values, and various execution methods
Experience with risk management systems for mortgage banking
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred
