A company is looking for an Accounting Associate who is a motivated multitasker with strong bookkeeping skills.



Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily communications and respond to queries
Process purchase invoices and perform daily bank reconciliations using Xero software
Assist with month-end tasks, including VAT returns and audit preparations


Required Qualifications

3+ years of bookkeeping knowledge and experience
Experience with EU and Maltese specific VAT and accounting procedures
Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Xero
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
