Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, training, and evaluation of large language models for healthcare-specific challenges

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. or equivalent industry experience in machine learning or related fields, with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in training and fine-tuning large language models, particularly in healthcare
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
A track record of translating research into real-world applications and writing production-ready code
